First there was the V.Smile Pocket Learning System now VTech have brought out the Pink V.Smile Pocket Learning System. Although it comes with the same features as the original version the biggest difference with this one is its color. Certainly for the little princess in your life this may be the ideal gift for a birthday or at Christmas for them.
Just as with the original V.Smile TV Learning System this one is designed to help provide a child with basic school skills through the use of the interactive games. Through the use of the smartridges which can be placed in both the TV and pocket versions of this educational gaming system a child will learn to improve the way they learn. Through the use of this system a child will be able to hone skills ready for school such as spelling, counting, colors, shapes and how to think logically.
Certainly with this system there are certain benefits to be gained from having this one rather than the TV version. Firstly it allows your child the chance to take their learning with them wherever they go, because it is a portable handheld system. Also when they get back home if they want to they can actually plug it directly into a TV as well.
Although battery operated if a parent wishes to they an actually purchase an AC power adaptor for the system as well. Plus just like its TV counterpart the outsized controls on the Pink V.Smile Pocket Learning System can actually be adjusted so that either a right handed or left handed child is able to use it comfortably. Also because of its size being on 7.5 by 5 inches it fits easily into a child's hand so actually holding and using the control buttons is very easy for them to do.
