Transformers Cybertron
Cybertron is the home planet of the Transformers which was threatened after the destruction of Unicron. So in order to protect the population of Cybertron it was decided that every one would be evacuated and they arrived on Earth. Although most people know Transformers Cybertron from the animated series that first appeared on our TV sets in Japan it is known as Transformers: Galaxy Force.
The main leader of those Transformers which left Cybertron is called Optimus Prime and in order for them to help save their planet from being destroyed he and the other Transformers must find the Cyber Planet Keys. These keys which were lost can actually stop the black hole from growing and so save their planet. But after an accident when a cross universal space bridge network was being built the keys are now located on 4 worlds in the universe some where.
The biggest problem that the Transformers including Optimus Prime faces is that the map showing where they are located was stolen by their arch enemy the Decepticons. It is for this reason that the Transformers travel to Earth as they race against their enemy to find them.
Since the release of the Transformers Movie in 2007 a whole new generation of children have been brought in to this fantastic world. Plus they are now able to get hold of much more up to date versions of the various different toys that came out when Transformers first hit the TV. Along with Transformers Optimus Prime toys you can also get versions of Ratchet, Ironhide and Bumblebee as well.
As you will soon find all these toys came with much more detail than their predecessors and the animatronics being used it much more advanced as well. These vehicles which transform into robots are able to make the conversion noises that you would hear as the transform on the TV or cinema screen. Plus they also come with realistic vehicle noises from screeching brakes to the sound of a vehicle crashing. But best of all with some such as the Transformers Bumblebee it has the ability to react to noise.
As for the Transformers Cybertron Optimus Prime toy this one in its large size can be put into 3 different battle ready conditions. The user can either change it from a robot warrior into one that is heavily armoured. Or they can then change it into a long hauler for use to launch missiles from. So certainly a child will not be stuck with how they use it only their imagination may prevent this.
As well as the above battle ready modes this toy which makes up the Transformers Cybertron team also has electronic lights and sound as well. Plus it comes with keys which activate the rocket launchers or heavy Ion cannon hidden inside its make up.
