Today the controller for the Guitar Hero game for the PlayStation has come a long way since it first hit the market. For those of you who have PlayStation 2 you are no longer restricted to plugging the controller which comes with the game directly into your console but you now have the chance to use a wireless controller instead. The person who is playing this game now has the chance to play it in much the same way as would be done when at a concert. So if you want you can run from one side of the room to the other whilst playing or you could jump up and down on the furniture. But I somehow think that your parents or your partner won't be too amused if you break any of it.

Also this particular controller is much more sensitive and has special tilt sensors contained within it which can help you to further maximize the number points that you gain.
With its 5 multicolored fret buttons and a very responsive strum bar this particular controller makes it feel like you are actually playing a real guitar. All you need to do is strap it on then plug it in and you can be playing some of your favorite rock or classic guitar songs in the same way as your guitar hero's do.
Along with the fret buttons and very responsive strum bar this particular controller also comes with a working whammy bar and sensors which when tilted will tell you when you have it pointing straight up. The strap on this guitar is also adjustable so no matter how small or tall you are you will be able to use this controller very easily.
But unlike the original version of the controller which was brought out and which you are required to plug into your PlayStation console you don't with this. The Guitar Hero wireless controller for the PlayStation retails at around $60.00. But if you do a quick search of the internet I am sure that you can get hold of it a little cheaper, especially since the latest version of Guitar Hero has recently hit the market place.
Yet even though the Guitar Hero wireless controller PS2 does not require you plugging it directly into your games console it still looks and has the same features as the wired one. The controller faceplate still has a white glossy finish to it just as the original does. Plus what is even better is that this controller is actually compatible and can be used with both the Original and Version 2 of the game. However you will need to buy the game as this does not actually come with this controller.
